Okay, here we go! I'm currently sitting at 15,086 words behind where I should be. Whoo hoo! You know what? I'm not the least bit upset to be that far behind. Nope! I'm not. This is when it gets fun. Dead serious here. :-D Now that my win is hanging in such a delicate balance, the pressure is on and this is when I do my best stuff. I'm about to get off my main computer, power up the ol' Netbook, and start cranking it out. I have 12 days left. Plenty of time to pull off a 50K win, and I hope a finished book to boot. Of course, this is also when the quality of my work is going to go down, I'm sorry to say. I wish that wasn't the case, but when you start aiming for such a large quantity of words in such a short span of time, quality goes right out the window. *big sigh* Oh, well. I can fix it later.
