Today was one of my best writing days since the first day. I haven't done the final count to enter it yet, but it's definitely over 1200 words. Whoo! Not bad when you're writing by hand, but I'll need to do better or I'll be left with a ton of typing that final week. I managed to finish Chapter 4 and start in on Chapter 5, so at least I'm getting somewhere!
Yesterday, if you notice, I didn't do a blog post. I wasn't feeling very good, so went to bed early. I tried getting up for awhile, but hubby had his gear spread out all over the living room. He must have gotten diesel fuel on it or something the last time he was in the field. Needless to say, it made me sick to my stomach to smell it. I went right back to bed and got lots of sleep.
I'll admit I could have done better writing today. I got distracted by my computer a few times, but I did better than usual. Hopefully I'll get chapter 4 typed up and loaded onto WDC before too long. I'll probably work on that tomorrow as I'm not sure how the writing will go. Gaw! I'm never going to get caught up. :-P The reason being that hubby and kids have the day off. *pout* I've gotten spoiled by my quiet days. I'll need to find a way to work around that. One way or another, I will get some time devoted to it. That has become my main goal this NaNo. I WILL write every day, even if it's only 10 minutes.
With that, I'm going to go see what the family is up to. :-) Family time is just as important as writing time.
